Where a route has no published rate, the booking is saved as a quote request at no cost, and we reply with a price before anything is paid.

Is import duty included?

No. Destination duty, VAT and customs clearance are set by your country's customs authority and paid at your end. We do not quote duty; check the current rules with customs before you order.
